Taconova TacoSetter Inline 100 AV23 balancing valve DN 20, G 1 × G 1, 4–15 l/min

Taconova TacoSetter Inline 100 is a balancing valve designed for direct adjustment, display and monitoring of volumetric flow in pipe systems. Product code 223.1300.000 has a nominal size of DN 20, two G 1 male connections and a measuring range of 4 to 15 l/min.

The integrated transparent measuring scale allows the set flow rate to be read directly in litres per minute. No additional measuring instruments, diagrams or calculations are required for adjustment.

The flow rate is adjusted using the setting screw on the upper section of the valve. The valve can also be adjusted towards zero flow, although a small amount of residual leakage may remain.

Correct hydraulic balancing provides a more even distribution of energy, improves system efficiency and makes it easier to adapt the flow rate to individual consumers or branches of the installation.

The valve is suitable for heating and cooling systems, underfloor heating, heating-circuit manifolds, sanitary installations, heat pumps and other compatible water systems.

The body is made of brass, the transparent inspection window is made of temperature- and impact-resistant plastic, and the seals are made of EPDM. The valve can be used with heating water, drinking water and suitable antifreeze and corrosion-protection mixtures containing up to 50% glycol.

The product can be installed horizontally, vertically or at an angle. During installation, observe the direction of flow marked on the valve body.
