The G 1/2 radiator blanking plug with seal is designed to close a radiator connection that is not required for a valve, return connection or air vent. It is suitable for radiators and other components of hot-water heating systems with a compatible G 1/2 female thread.

The integrated sealing O-ring is compressed against the radiator sealing surface when the plug is tightened, creating a secure seal. With a correctly formed, clean and undamaged sealing surface, additional thread-sealing materials such as hemp or sealing tape are generally not required.

The metal body with a chrome appearance provides mechanical strength. Its surface finish improves corrosion resistance and visually matches other chrome-plated radiator fittings.

The plug is primarily intended for:

  • closing an unused radiator connection;
  • replacing a damaged or leaking radiator plug;
  • installation on panel, sectional and bathroom radiators;
  • use in hot-water central-heating systems.

  • integrated sealing O-ring;
  • quick and simple installation;
  • metal construction with a chrome appearance;
