Danfoss 065B2059 VB 2 control valve DN 32, Kvs 16, PN 25

Danfoss 065B2059 VB 2 is a two-way pressure-balanced control valve with flanged connections, designed for flow control in district heating and cooling systems.

The valve has a nominal size of DN 32, a flow coefficient of Kvs 16 m³/h and a pressure rating of PN 25. The manufacturer's designation VB 2 32/16 therefore refers to DN 32 and Kvs 16 m³/h.

The valve body is made of ductile iron EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3), while the valve seat, cone and stem are made of stainless steel. The stuffing box sealing material is EPDM.

The valve is suitable for district heating and cooling circulation water as well as water-glycol mixtures containing up to 30% glycol. The permitted medium temperature range is 2 to 150 °C.

The VB 2 is designed for operation with a compatible Danfoss motorised actuator. Without an actuator, the valve stem is in the open position.
