Oventrop SVU pump check valve DN 25 / DN 32

Oventrop SVU is a pump check valve designed to prevent unwanted gravity circulation of water in heating systems when the circulation pump is switched off. It is used in hot-water heating systems where the direction of flow must be controlled and natural water circulation caused by temperature differences must be prevented.

This older model is available in two versions:

• Oventrop 1071008 – DN 25: three G 1 female parallel connections;
• Oventrop 1071010 – DN 32: three G 1 1/4 female parallel connections.

The valve has a universal design for vertical installation and can be used as an angle, straight or three-way valve. The body is made of bronze. The pressure rating is PN 10 and the opening pressure is 20 mbar.

The product is suitable as a spare or replacement component when servicing existing heating systems fitted with the same or a comparable valve.

Important: This is an older model that is no longer in production. The packaging may be in poor condition. Before ordering, check the size, connections and suitability for the intended installation.

Comparable newer versions include the Oventrop 1070308 SVE for DN 25 and the Oventrop 1070310 SVE for DN 32. These are not identical versions, as they also feature automatic air venting.
